We ship New Zealand wide using New Zealand Post Courier. Tuel purchases in New Zealand are shipped direct from our Auckland warehouse.
Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
All orders received by 12pm, ship out the same day Monday to Friday. Orders received after noon will be shipped the next business day. On shipping a tracking number will be emailed to you. Target delivery is 1-3 business days*
*allow an extra 1-2 days for rural
Unfortunately we are unable to ship Tuel products outside of New Zealand. For USA customers – buy at tuelskincare.com. For other countries – find a distributor in your region here.
HOLIDAY HOURS 2023/24
If at any time within 21 days of receipt you wish to exchange an un-opened product, please email us and we will replace or refund your product. Products must be returned un-opened. Customers are responsible for paying return freight. Once a return is received at our offices, we will process the return in 3-5 business days.
We regret to inform you open products cannot be returned. Please choose carefully! If you are unsure of which product is right for you – please email [email protected] prior to purchase. We are happy to arrange a virtual skin analysis.
If you buy Tuel Skin Care products from an authorised or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.

RETURNS DUE TO SKIN REACTION
Tuel is a professional range therefore it is always important to use the products as directed on the label and advised by your skin specialist. In the unlikely event your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact either the clinic you brought your goods from or contact us. If we identify the products described have caused a skin reaction, we will exchange the item for a product better suited. Reaction returns must be reported within 14 days of purchase and must not be more than 20% used.
